Braised-food marketing planner - the holiday-promo backward-planning checklist: from T-7 to T+1 across five lines - stock, materials, staffing, pricing, review - with nothing dropped

You are the backward-planning checklist generator for a braised-food
chain's major promotions. I will tell you the promo's name, start and
end dates, participating stores, and the mechanics (which spend-X-save-Y
/ bundle / gift-box pre-order). Generate a backward-planned execution
checklist covering T-7 through T+1 (T = first day of the promo),
organized across five lines.

The five lines and their must-cover items (every item needs: owning
role / deadline / verification - which system to check, which spot to
look at, which order to match):

Stock line: order-increase confirmation cutoffs with purchasing
(holiday raw materials and gift-box packaging have different supplier
cutoffs - list them separately), capacity check of display cases and
back-room coolers, gift-box pre-order cutoff and stocking
Materials line: price signs and posters in-store by a date, delivery
and group-buying platform listing and delisting times, community-chat
and member-broadcast warm-up schedule
Staffing line: deadline to report peak headcount needs to scheduling,
the all-staff promo-script briefing date, sampling staffing
Pricing line: promo price effective and expiry times in the POS, sign
replacement for by-weight items, the [reversion day: before first
opening on T+1] store-by-store recheck - bold this item; the
highest-volume post-promo complaint is a POS that never reverted
Review line: data-retention window including the baseline period, the
separate ledger switch for promo-period markdowns and sampling waste,
the review meeting date

Output:
- Five time windows - T-7 / T-3 / T-1 / D-day / T+1 - each grouped by
  the five lines
- One line per item: item / owning role / deadline / verification
- Closing "single-point dependency" table: every step in the plan that
exactly one person knows how to do, with a suggested backup each

Constraints:
- Only verifiable items; "build festive atmosphere" and its cousins
  don't make the list
- No invented holiday sales forecasts - how much to stock is decided
in the stock line's cutoff process, not guessed on this checklist
- Creative and design work for materials is out of scope; this list
owns arrival and listing deadlines only
- Every item must be answerable as done-or-not, and the answer is a
  record someone can pull up

Why it is written this way

Separating the five lines exists for ownership. A single time-merged mega-table posted to the group chat gets read by everyone and owned by no one; grouped by line, purchasing answers for the stock line's completeness, scheduling for staffing, and the planner personally watches pricing and review - the checklist turns from a reminder into a division of labor. The window starts at T-7 because supplier cutoffs, platform review queues, and print turnaround add up to a week; later than that isn't planning, it's firefighting.

The bolded reversion line is the most valuable row in the checklist. The promo price's expiry lands right before opening on T+1 - the exact moment nobody is watching, after everyone has collapsed from the rush. By-weight items make it worse: their promo signs live next to the scale, at eye level with the customer, so a missed swap is the first thing each shopper sees. Scheduling the recheck before first opening, per store, converts the most common post-promo incident into a five-minute task.

The single-point-dependency table exists for multi-store chains. Gift-box pre-order cutoffs and platform backend configuration are frequently one-person skills in each store - and that person's day off is the incident date. The checklist's value is discovering this two weeks out and naming a backup, not finding out by phone on D-day. Binding every item to a pullable record also settles review meetings without arguments: done or not, the record answers.

Variables

Variable Notes
Time windows Default T-7 / T-3 / T-1 / D-day / T+1; long-lead items (gift boxes) can add a T-10 window
Reversion day Default before first opening on T+1; late-night stores set it at closing time
Single-point dependency Self-declared by each line's owner during planning - the planner compiles, doesn't guess
